There will be a fair bit of activity down on Punt Road today as we start the first of 4 days putting up a huge sign. Will do a bit of a slow reveal. Here’s the building and some of the letters on a pallet to Punt Road as I write this.

Our Mt Buller sign covered in snow. Get your skis out. Winter has arrived. Here’s a link to the project. The lettering was changed to white to stand out more, like when it snows. Actually for night visibility. Image Source: Mt Buller’s Facebook Page
Australian Galleries | latest exhibition
We install the forme cut black text the day before the exhibition ready for the artwork to be hung for the opening the next day. The information changes but the format stays the same, kept simple by design so as not to overwhelm the artwork, but provide exhibition information to passers by. The artwork below [...]
Great Dane Furniture | window decals
The boys headed out to Great Dane Furniture for the best part of the day to dress the shopfront of Great Dane’s new store which coincides with a ten year celebration of being in business. Signage included high window decals, ten year celebration decals, business information on the door as well as the my two [...]

Priscilla Jones photoshop fun
Just had a bit of a play with one of the images I took for the Priscilla Jones cafe where we recently installed window decals. Creating a few textured layers to create a bit of a nostalgic treatment with the old buildings and just kept the modern elements alive, both the aboard and banners. Haven’t [...]
Priscilla Jones Cafe
Priscilla Jones has just moved into the Gasworks Arts Precinct in Albert Park. The name Priscilla Jones is the name of the grandmother of one of the owners. She hailed from a Gippsland country town and was the driving force and inspiration behind the owner becoming a chef. Apparently she loved to use fresh [...]
Priscilla Jones | A-Board
Here’s the A-Board for Priscilla Jones Cafe (we didn’t do) along with their branded takeaway coffee cups which are also 100% compostible as noted in the green grass at the base of the cup. Nice tie in elements for the brand elements we applied to the windows and door. Logo Artwork by Caramel Creative
Comedy Festival | 2012
The weather has turned and so has our attention to the 2012 Melbourne Comedy Festival from 28 March – 22 April, 2012 at various venues across Melbourne. Our gig is the installation of banners at The Athenaeum, has been for years. The comedy acts each get a slice of the banner advertising pie either above [...]
Bar Broadsheet | Launch
We were contacted by Sam from The Company You Keep the day before the opening to provide decals for the launch Bar Broadsheet, a temporary pop up bar established for the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival. There was a bit of artwork to and fro with Rhys and Sam and we were able to squeeze [...]
West St. Salon | old style signwriting
The call for signwriting these days is rare, however, in this situation we tried applying vinyl to the canvas awning but the age of the awning was problematic and the letters would not stick. So Stu, our Sydney installer had to reacquaint himself with the brush. Mario from Metropolis Inc. was there on site with [...]

Testimonials
Louise @ carsales.com.au sent this response to Mr Taylor (makes him sound very senior) in response to our recent installation of signage on Burwood Road in Hawthorn. OMG I know this is a bit delayed, but today is my first day back from annual leave. Merry Christmas, Happy New Year and all that jazz but I really just wanted to let you know that the sign looks FANTASTIC and we are absolutely thrilled!!!! Your boys worked sooo hard and I hope you have rewarded them accordingly. When I spoke to them in the afternoon they said they wouldn’t be able to put the car bit up the top because they needed a winch (or something like that?) but then I went out that night and drove past the office after 9pm and they were just finishing off the whole sign. You make sure you tell them I said thank you and that they did a wonderful job. We are very happy customers Mr.Taylor. Keep up the good work.
